Johnathan Williams

Executive Director & Founder

Johnathan Williams, the compassionate and visionary founder and executive director of Belle's Tower, has dedicated his life to serving others. With over a decade of experience as a nurse, Johnathan has been a beacon of hope and love for countless clients and their families. His journey began in the halls of healthcare facilities where he witnessed the immense struggles families faced when choosing care options for their loved ones. This profound experience inspired him to establish Quality of Life Services (QLS), a testament to his unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of those in need.

Johnathan's passion for service is deeply rooted in his upbringing. His father, Paul Williams, a retired pharmacist from Grand Coteau, instilled in him the values of service and dedication. His mother, Pemella Williams, who retired as the Director of Allied Health at South Louisiana Community College (SLCC), exemplified strength and resilience. Inspired by his parents' devotion and later their own struggles with aging, Johnathan was moved to create Love of People, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of others in need.

Driven by a desire to help as many people as possible, Johnathan expanded his vision with QLS Cares, offering essential services that provide a sense of purpose and dignity to clients at no cost. This initiative ensures that financial constraints do not hinder anyone from receiving the care they deserve.

Johnathan's profound personal experiences and professional insights culminated in the creation of Belle's Tower. Named in honor of the beloved Ida Belle Pesson, Belle's Tower is more than just a day space; it is a sanctuary where those with Dementia and Parkinson's as well as their caretakers and family members find solace, engagement, and a renewed sense of community. Through Belle's Tower, Johnathan continues his life's work, dedicated to giving each individual the best life possible, regardless of time or money. Johnathan Williams' story is one of relentless dedication, inspired by love and driven by a deep-seated belief in the value of every human life. His tireless efforts have touched countless lives, making the world a better place one compassionate act at a time.
